 What version of SYMPHONY are you using? What happens when you compile and
 run SYMPHONY out of box? I believe you are using MS v8. If so, have you
 also compiled GLPK with v8? Are you adding USE_GMPL or USE_GLPMPL def? You
 are supposed to add the latter one.
 I am not sure, but you may be getting the exception msg if you are
 compiling the release version of SYMPHONY. Can you make sure that you are
 working with the debug version?
