 Followed the directions to build SYMPHONY with GMPL and added glpk410.lib
 to libSymphony workspace and defined USE_GMPL in the libSymphony
 Project->Properties page.  Build claims to be successful, but when I try
 to run symphony.exe, I only get the "press any key to continue" line.
 When I run in debug mode, I get:

 Debugger:: An unhandled non-continuable STATUS_DLL_NOT_FOUND exception was
 thrown during process load
 The program '[1772] symphony.exe: Native' has exited with code -1073741515
 (0xc0000135).

 A test application built using these .libs has the same problem, but
 everything works fine if I remove the GMPL dependencies.  Any ideas? Is
 there some additional build setting I need? Thanks
