 Playing with !OsiSym in the OSI unitTest, it appears that an initial print
 level, set when the original !OsiSym object is created, is lost when the
 object is cloned to run the netlib problems. Using
 {{{setSymParam(OsiSymVerbosity, -2)}}} on the original object does not
 suppress printing of the solution for the netlib problems, but if I
 perform the same call on the clone, immediately prior to loading the
 netlib problem, output is successfully suppressed.
