Comment:

 This bug seems to still affect me (using the SYMPHONY-5.1 'stable' tag
 from svn).  Only the second issue with timemeas.h is a problem here.  I
 had to add the three lines at the end of the original bug description to
 get SYMPHONY to compile.

 This is on an up-to-date installation of Mac OS X Tiger 10.4.8.
