 If the LP-relaxation of the given MIP is infeasible, SYMPHONY thinks its
 an computational instability (lp_genfunc.c). It dumps MPS file and says:

 ****************************************************
 * Terminated abnormally with error message -252    *
 * Now displaying stats and best solution found...  *
 ****************************************************

 It should say problem is infeasible.

 Its a blocker for me since i need to check a lot of infeasible problems.
