<br><font size=2 face="sans-serif">The COIN-SMI package has been updated
to the new COIN-OR environment (thanks to hard work by the COIN technical
team!). This was announced at the EURO OR Society meeting in Reykjavik
this week. I also took the opportunity to fix the problem with upper
and lower row bounds in the SMPS reader that was reported by a couple of
folks. </font>

for the new instructions on downloading and building. The slides
from my talk are also available. Comments and feedback are welcome,
