Users Cup" competition!</font>

<br><font size=2 face="sans-serif">The most coveted prize in computational
OR --- so coveted in fact that we can't locate the person who took it ---
so, we are going to award a new one! </font>

<br><font size=2 face="sans-serif"> Here are the rules:</font>
<br><font size=2 face="sans-serif">1) The submission must contain an argument
that the submission is a good use-case for COIN-OR. </font>
<br><font size=2 face="sans-serif">2) The submission must be an accepted

<br><font size=2 face="sans-serif">Submissions will be judged by a committee
convened by the CORS Conference program committee. Prize winners
will be announced at the CORS 2005 conference.</font>

Users Cup will take place during a long ceremony at a congenial locale
where cups are needed. </font>
