Hi all,<br><br>In the past, we've always had some kind of COIN cluster at INFORMS, usually associated with ICS. I am the cluster organizer for the ICS track this year and was wondering if anyone was willing to take on organization of a mini-cluster for COIN. If so, please let me know ASAP!<br>
