	OK, unless one of the other OSI developers objects, I'll cobble up an
equivalent to CbcModel::numberIntegers for OSI.  Should get to it by Monday.

	OsiClp really is significantly extended beyond most of the other OSIs,
and that's a reflection of the underlying capabilities of Clp.  John has done a
fantastic job there.
