MOCHA now available on COIN-OR!<br><br>MOCHA stands for Matroid Optimization: Combinatorial Heuristics and Algorithms. MOCHA provides heuristics and algorithms to solve problems in multicriteria matroid optimization. Besides specific algorithms and heuristics, matroid data structures are included in order to provide a foundation for old and new algorithms. MOCHA was initially developed for the paper "Computation in Multicriteria Matroid Optimization", submitted to the Journal of Experimental Algorithmics, 2009, and authored by J. De Loera, D. Haws, J. Lee, and A. O'Hair.<br>
