[metslib] Question about using tabu search method in metslib library.

Dear developers,

I would like to use your tabu search framework in the metslib project. I 
take a look at the examples you given and run them. If I want to 
implement an heuristic algorithm and will make use of your tabu search 
method, is that I only need to complete my own code which will call the 
tabu search method in the way which is shown in the examples. For other 
configuration files, is that I only need to copy them into my project 
folder? For example, in the qap-0.5.2 example, other files like 
"aclocal.m4, autogen.sh, configure, COPYING, INSTALL, configure.ac, 
folder m4, folder config", these files I don't need to rewrite them 
again, just copy to my own project folder?  And complete my own source 
code in the src folder?
