Subject: [LaGO] stable version 0.3 released

Dear LaGO users,

I'm happy to announce the new stable release 0.3 of LaGO. The new 
features and changes are
- LaGO support now arbitrary integer variables
   (before, we allowed only binaries)
- the branching rules have been improved
- 64-bit Linux is now supported
- some bugs have been fixed

For information on how to install and use LaGO, please refer to the LaGO 
webpage https://projects.coin-or.org/LaGO .

You are all encouraged to test this new release and report bugs or 
problems either here at the mailing list, or by submitting a new ticket 
at the bug report system.
