<div dir="ltr"><div>My question might be too amateur! so I hope no-one laughs!</div><div><br></div>I have had a lot of trouble installing Ipopt using Cygwin and was not successful so wanted to know if it is possible to use the pre-compiled binaries instead and how?<div>
<br></div><div>I just downloaded 'Ipopt-3.8.0-win32-icl11.1.zip' from <a href="http://www.coin-or.org/download/binary/Ipopt/">http://www.coin-or.org/download/binary/Ipopt/</a>, unzipped it and added the path of its Ipopt.exe to my system path in environmental variables ( I didn't do anything else such as installing AMPL, ASL, Blas, ...) and tried using it with Pyomo which of course was not successful!</div>
