have some alternative (like MA27, which is in the HSL Archive). Here

of the routines MA27, MA47, MA57.</font>

numerical accuracy to use one of</font>

MC30. Note that if you can use</font>
<br><font size=2 face="Courier New">from the HSL archive, we recommend
