[Ipopt] terminate called after throwing an instance of 'Ipopt::RESTORATION_MAXITER_EXCEEDED' on SunOS 5.10

Hi Alex,

We are not really maintaining old versions of Ipopt.  Have you tried if 
the problem occurs also with the newest release?  (I just ran a problem 
that triggers this exception on my Linux setup and there is no issue.)
