 New test on window.
 I downloaded IPOPT (v3.9.1) from
 http://apmonitor.com/wiki/index.php/Main/DownloadIpopt  .

 It is interresting that this command line works succesfully, unlike other
 windows versions tested so far:

 {{{
 "ipopt 3.9.1" test2
 }}}

 Unfortunately, the command line to get the sol file crashes like the other
 windows version:

 {{{
 "ipopt 3.9.1" -s test2
 }}}

 Maybe it give a little more information ?
