 Now I also tested the sames 50 models on  notebooks.azure .
 I installed  Ipopt  from  anaconda.org/cachemeorg/ipopt_bin  .
 The result is excellent:  50  success.

 As I expected, it is the windows version that has a problem.
 (memoryleak ?)
