Comment:

 The problem can occur anywhere. But since it is about uninitialized memory
 or reading beyond allocated memory, some OS may be more forbidding than
 other.

 Ipopt/trunk now uses a current ASL, which includes the necessary fixes.
 This will also be in the next release.
