Comment:

 That wiki page is no longer maintained, that's what the NOTE on the top is
 trying to say. Also it seems that the contributor of the Java interface
 stopped maintaining it.

 It probably makes most sense to try to build a current Ipopt with a
 current Java interface on Linux by following the instructions from the
 Ipopt documentation, see also https://www.coin-
 or.org/Ipopt/documentation/node16.html
