 It seems that something tries to use a tool that is in "C:/Program Files"
 or "C:/Program Files (x86)". Unfortunately, the current build scripts do
 not handle spaces in paths well, so something breaks.
 Its not clear what it is, you might want to look into the Makefile for
 which the make was breaking.

 Nevertheless, for PyIpopt, you don't need ASL, so I would suggest to first
 eliminate this one.
