 The `install-sh` script is part of the source and marked as executable:
 https://projects.coin-or.org/Ipopt/browser/stable/3.12/install-sh

 So I don't know why it is not found. Please make sure the file is indeed
 there. Can you execute it on its own?

 Some Ipopt binaries are available at https://www.coin-
 or.org/download/binary/Ipopt/ Hasn't been updated for a while, but also
 Ipopt didn't change much in last years.
