 Who would have thought that I would write a bunch of tickets and know that
 I don't have to fix them?!? :-)

 I just tried to compile SCIP with Ipopt, and I got a compilation error
 because IpOptionsList.hpp does not have the allow_clobber argument for
 ReadFromStream.  I'll simply use the stable version for now, but I thought
 I should let you know.  Would just mean to create a new release....
