 The critical line in the config.log file that you send is
 {{{
 configure:23488: error: /bin/sh './configure' failed for ThirdParty/Mumps
 }}}

 And I did not see the config.log in !ThirdParty/Mumps in order to point
 out what has failed there.

 But there have, repeatedly, been issues with using !Ipopt/Mumps together
 with MPI. The easiest is to just not try this.
 Either you get one of the HSL solvers (but in your case, this may cost
 money), or build Ipopt without MPI.
