 Another test was performed, I just tried to compile the source code in
 question with the following result.

 g++ IpDebug.cpp
 In file included from IpJournalist.hpp:14:0,
                  from IpDebug.cpp:12:
 IpReferenced.hpp:15:16: fatal error: list: No such file or directory
 compilation terminated.

 It seems that for some reason it is not being able to find  the files in
 the same folder.
