 My guess is that Ipopt is not on the PATH.  Pyomo requires that solvers
 that use the ASL interface (like Ipopt) are available through the path.
 Please check your $PATH environment variable and make sure that the
 directory containing the ipopt executable is in the list.

 This issue has also reported on the Pyomo Trac as
 [https://software.sandia.gov/trac/pyomo/ticket/4592 #4592].  As this
 appears to be a Pyomo-related problem (mytoy.nl works for you), I suggest
 closing this ticket and moving any followup discussion there.
