Comment:

 Ipopt or MA57 do not control the multithreading of the Blas library.
 I guess that !GotoBlas decides itself, depending on the called routines
 and data, how many cores to use.
 Maybe the core usage will go up when you solve larger instances. You could
 try the !ScalableProblems in examples to run Ipopt on larger instances.
