 A quick glance in IpLimMemQuasiNewtonUpdater.cpp shows a number of code
 blocks where there is special handling for restoration phase code.
 Therefore, it is very likely that I need to propagate some of the changes
 I made into this file. My apologies for this. I assumed the restoration
 phase code was self contained in "*Resto*" files.

 I will take a closer look now.
