 This is an issue with Windows paths in the Makefile. Older make versions
 did not have a problem with this, but you wrote before that using an older
 make did not work for you either.
 Given that this is only {{{make test}}}, you may just ignore this problem.

 For the problem with the unrecognized random number generator, the next
 Ipopt release will have a workaround, so also gcc 4.8.3 should work then.
