Comment:

 We currently do not remember if a user set an option to the default value
 explicitly.

 Anyhow, I'm also not so much happy about this warning.
 Currently, it is hardcoded into the library and therefor depends on the
 default value.

 It may be better to print it only (and always) if MUMPS is indeed used
 (your variant 2).

 In the meanwhile, you can suppress it by adding -DIPOPT_NOMUMPSNOTE to the
 compiler flags.
