 I think all that would be needed is some more testing and maybe tuning of
 PARDISO parameters.

 The changes in the !Ipopt/Pardiso interface from Jonathan and Tony have
 been committed, they are also in the latest release. With Ipopt/trunk,
 Ipopt's configure should also recognize a MKL/Pardiso if MKL is specified
 (or automatically found) for Blas. (I disabled this for the stable branch,
 since it would have changed the default linear solver for people who build
 Ipopt with MKL but without HSL.)
