 I tried
   * MSys 32bit with cl 16 and ifort 13.1 and corresponding multithreaded
 MKL
   * MSys 64bit with icl & ifort 13.1 and corresponding multithreaded MKL
 and thess worked fine.

 I don't have an Intel MKL for Mac so far.
