 The archive for the official 3.11.4 is there.

 I've now (r2400) merged the changes in the docu to the 3.11 branch and
 changed them according to what is written in comment:15.

 I also updated the HTML docu accordingly, in particular [http://www.coin-
 or.org/Ipopt/documentation/node19.html the expert installation options].

 An updated pdf docu will be available with the next release, which could
 come within the next weeks (I have one open point on my list).
