Comment:

 configure will probably remove {{{-lgcc*}}} automatically from FLIBS
 (actually not FFLAGS) in the future. The patch [https://projects.coin-
 or.org/BuildTools/changeset/3004 is committed], but needs some testing
 before being merged up.

 Other than that, I think there is nothing we can easily do here.
