 With r2440, I reset {{{IPARM_[7]}}} back to 0 when using MKL Pardiso (so
 it's now the same again as with Basel Pardiso).
 While setting it to 1 seemed to help to avoid some numerical difficulties
 on some instances, it also seems to decrease performance on another
 testset quite much, i.e., in a way that it became even worse than using
 Ipopt with Mumps. Further, on that testset, it also increased the number
 of instances where Ipopt failed to converge (from 12 to 28 out of 1314).
