 I see. It seems that near-optimal or initial solution is not so helpful
 for interior point algorithm as other optimization algorithms, e.g.
 branch-and-bound for MILP. The "warm-up" idea is not that encouraging.

 Anyway, thanks a lot for your patience and instruction.
