 Source that generates the segfault is available at:
 https://www.dropbox.com/s/fbo7bjbv43ka9bi/BCQPSolver.tar.bz2 (98MB due to
 data file size)

 I will test with {{{ma97_order}}} set to {{{amd}}} and see if the segfault
 still occurs.
