 These errors are happening when it gets to linking the ipopt.exe AMPL
 executable. I think the problem might be that Cygwin's /usr/bin is earlier
 in your PATH than the Visual Studio folders, so it's finding and trying to
 use the wrong version of link. Try changing how you add the Visual Studio
 paths in Cygwin to rearrange the order.
