 Yes you can copy libmwma57.dll from Matlab/bin/win{32,64} and rename it to
 libhsl.dll, but using Matlab's MA57 gives me non-deterministic results
 like you're seeing.

 I get deterministic runs with MA57 from HSL source in libhsl.dll.
