 The operating system is Win7. I am using mex file that I compiled with
 MSVC that uses netlib Blas/Lapack. I also tried the pre-compiled one from
 Opti Toolbox and it also produces non-deterministic behavior. However I
 noticed that in Linux Matlab (R2012a) this behavior disappeared, even
 though I compiled with gotoblas2 that I assume by default it enables
 multi-threading.
