 Iterations should be counted the same. There was a change in
 ThirdParty/Mumps shortly before 3.11.0 was released (I think it was
 related to the ordering method, you can check the SVN history and Stefan
 should hopefully remember the details). It's likely that Jonathan was
 downloading and building Mumps separately for OPTI, rather than from the
 ThirdParty/Mumps/get.Mumps script, so his builds wouldn't have the same
 patch incorporated as one built from autotools.
