 The set of mex files here http://www.coin-
 or.org/download/binary/Ipopt/Ipopt-3.11.0-linux64mac64win32win64-matlabmexfiles.zip
 uses Netlib BLAS/LAPACK, as long as you use linear_solver mumps.
