 These questions are about the warm start in general.

 When is a warm start recommended?

 Should the solution converge in 1 iteration if one feeds the solver with
 the results from a previous optimisation?

 If not, why?

 Are there any guidelines to choose the following parameters?

    warm_start_bound_push

    warm_start_mult_bound_push

    mu_init
