 I can reproduce this problem in Linux.  The ASL returns a Jacobian
 structure where cg->goff in {{{AmplTNLP.cpp:526}}} is one and not zero.
 This is incorrect.

 This could be a bug in the AMPL solver interface.  But maybe the .nl file
 is corrupted?  What is the AMPL model that created it?
