 With Ipopt 3.10.0, I was unable to run the get.Metis script because the
 web page of Metis seems to have been redesigned. Looks like with the
 release of Metis 5.0, the old URLs might have been disabled.

 Probably worth considering hosting 4.0 on your own servers?

 PS version Ipopt 3.10 is not available yet in the TRAC bug report form.
