 Hi Brad,

 Glad to hear everything is working.  Well, the warning message comes out
 of autoconf macros, and I don't really want to dive into this to see how
 to make it stop printing it or how to change any of the output :-)  It
 might already be fixed it we would upgrade to a newer version of the
 autotools.  I'm no longer involved in driving this, but if you want to,
 you could let the BuildTools guys know about this issue.

 I'm going to close the ticket.
