 Hi Philip,

 I suggest you send a message to the mailing list.  Since I don't have a
 Mac or a setup similar to yours, I have no idea what to recommend.  At the
 mailing list, some other Mac user might have some idea what to do.

 Also, in case you haven't already seen it, there is a post at the Ipopt
 mailing list with a similar error message:
