 I changed the output to
 {{{
 checking whether project ThirdParty/Blas is available... notGiven
 checking whether project ThirdParty/Blas needs to be configured... no
 }}}
 to make more clear that by "project Blas" not the installed blas library
 is meant, but COIN-OR's thirdparty project "Blas".

 This is in BuildTools/trunk and stable/0.6 and should make it in some
 future release of Ipopt.

 PS: For problems with the buildsystem that are not specific to Ipopt,
 please create the tickets in the BuildTools project.
