 Hello Andreas,

 I would like to contribute code for Hessian correctness checking, but I
 don't have a very clear idea of what exactly should be checked for (in
 addition to what you already mention).

 I will continue working on implementing several cases and, depending on my
 experience and that of others, I will propose code.
