 Hi,

 Thanks for the suggested improvement of the MA57 interface.  I don't have
 a version of MA57 so I cannot test this, but the changes look reasonable
 and I would be happy to integrate it into the Ipopt distribution.

 I don't think we (COIN-OR) have a "CSRO" on file from you?  See

 http://www.coin-or.org/contributions.html#contributions

 Can you just fill out the text version and include your name, and send it
 to secretary at coin-or.org with a cc to me (or if you prefer you can print a
 copy, sign it, and email us the scanned version).  This states that you
 have the legal right to contribute to a COIN open source project (i.e.,
 you checked this with your employer).
