 I guess, it took me too long to reply...

 Anyway, the compilation did not go well.  There is a segmentation fault.

 The compilation on Cygwin has always worked for me and other Ipopt users
 if the standard instructions are followed.  Unless there is a way to
 describe a procedure to easily reproduce the problem, I don't know how to
 help.

 There are also Ipopt Windows binaries available at
